Last week users noticed that their email was sending out an STg prefixed file. We are 8.5.2 FP1 and nothing has changed that would explain this.

Noticed on some other threads that this was due to the DB setting "Display images after loading" was set. I was able to prove that disabling this setting on a test account removed the problem. However, this also gives up some performance.

Any ideas on where else to look for the cause ?
